In her previous consultancy roles, Green Shoots' Dee Sullivan has worked with a range of clients, including ActionAid, the Care Quality Commission, Christian Aid, the Department of Health, Digital UK, HM Treasury, the Improvement and Development Agency, the International Federation of Transport Workers, Kent Fire & Rescue Service, the National Assessment Agency (in association with The Team), Ofsted and Oxfam. She worked with several local authorities and acted as interim head of communications in two London councils. 

Before becoming a consultant, Dee was Clare Short’s special adviser at the Department for International Development and held senior communications roles in the Trades Union Congress and Christian Aid.
